Just your jewellery or watch, and any existing paperwork you have (original receipts, old valuations, certificates). If you don't have any, that's completely fine. The SmartReport™ will provide everything you need going forward.

Typically 30–60 minutes for a single item. For multiple items, we'll advise you at the time of booking. Appointments are kept focused to respect your time.

Your items remain in your possession throughout the appointment process. The inspection is conducted in our Harrogate studio and your pieces are returned to you before you leave.
If you have would like to leave any items with us for repair or restoration, then rest assured, they are covered under our jewellers block insurance.
